Calibration of mechanical tools, gauges and transducers

Element Metech offers calibration of gauges and transducers in a range of disciplines including torque, force, pressure/vacuum, flow, mass/weight and acceleration. We are vendor independent and able to support most brands and instrument types. We also provide adjustment of most equipment.

Torque calibration

We provide calibration of tools and sensors measuring torque. Our capabilities include:

  • Torque wrench
  • Torque screwdriver
  • Torque transducer
  • Torque multiplier
  • Torque tester

Force calibration

We offer calibration of gauges and sensors measuring force. Our capabilities include:

  • Load Cell
  • Dead Weight
  • Force Gauge
  • Digital Indicator
  • Proving Ring

Pressure gauge calibration

We provide calibration of gauges and sensors measuring pressure and vacuum. Typical gauges we calibrate:

  • Manometer
  • Micro Manometer
  • Pressure Transducer or Transmitter
  • Digital Pressure Indicator
  • Air Data Test Set (Pitot Static)
  • Barometer
  • Vacuum Meter
  • Pressure Calibrator
  • Dead Weight Tester

Calibration of weights and scales

Element Metech provides calibration of mass, the quantity used for scales and weights. Mass also creates other elements, such as torque and pressure, and we also perform calibration of scales used in these areas. Our capabilities include:

  • Weight set
  • Laboratory Scale
  • Precision Scale
  • Industrial scales and weighing appliances

Flow meter calibration

We calibrate flow meters measuring gas flow and mass flow. Our capabilities include calibration of:

    • Volume Flow Meter
    • Mass Flow Meter
    • Flow Controller
    • Flow Pipe
    • Rotary Meter
    • Slit Sampler
    • Air Sampler
    • Bubble Flow Meter
    • Leakage Tester
    • Glove Test Unit

    Accelerometer calibration

We provide calibration of accelerometers, shock sensors and impact hammers. Our state of the art Accelerometer Calibration System is fully automated providing accurate back-to back comparison calibration using FFT signal analysis to ISO 16063.

    • Accelerator sensors, 5 to 15000 Hz / Amplitude 0,1 – 10 g peak, 0,98 – 98 m/s2
    • Shock sensors, Acceleration level 20 – 10000 g, 196 – 98000 m/s2
    • Impact Hammers, Impact range 1000 lbf
