We collect the equipment directly from your site, pack it with shock-absorbing packaging and transport it under controlled climate conditions. You receive full traceability throughout the process as well as documented receiving inspection. If you need assistance with unpacking, installation, or return transport, we can also provide that.

How do I book the transport?
Through your contact person at Element Metech or via our customer service. We help you plan pickup, delivery, and any return transport.
How are the instruments packaged?
We use shock-resistant, protective packaging adapted to the size and sensitivity of the instrument. Special packaging can be provided if required.
Is the equipment traceable during transport?
Yes, you receive continuous updates with full traceability from pickup to final delivery. We also notify you once the instrument has arrived.
How do you handle temperature-sensitive equipment?
We use climate-secured transport solutions with controlled temperature and humidity – essential for electronics and precision instruments. Contact us to learn more about how we protect climate-sensitive equipment.
