Our offer:

Reliable measurement results through proper calibration

Accurate calibration is critical in industry. It ensures that your instruments deliver reliable and traceable results, reducing the risk of downtime, quality deviations and safety issues.

The calibration process

We follow a structured process to ensure that every calibration is documented, traceable, and adapted to your operational needs.

  • Instrument reception – each instrument is registered and assigned a unique identity for full traceability.
  • Calibration in lab or on-site – performed in our accredited laboratories or directly at your facility to minimize downtime.
  • Digital certificate in MIO™ – all results are documented in our equipment management system, providing easy access for history, follow-up, and audits.

Specific areas of mechanical calibration

In addition to the overall service of mechanical calibration, we offer calibration in several specific areas. Click below to learn more about each service:

Why mechanical calibration is essential

Mechanical calibration is more than just adjusting an instrument it is an investment in safe processes, reliable products, and long-term quality assurance. It provides confidence that your measurements reflect reality and meet both audit and regulatory requirements.

  • Safety – prevents accidents and risks caused by incorrect measurements.
  • Quality – guarantees consistent results and high product standards.
  • Traceability – allows measurement results to be linked to international standards.
  • Compliance – fulfills requirements from industry standards and authorities.

Benefits of regular calibration

Regular calibration is not just a cost it is an investment that yields both technical and financial benefits. Reliable instruments support smoother operations, reduce downtime and strengthen customer confidence.

  • Reduced costs – fewer measurement errors lower the need for rework and claims.
  • Less downtime – dependable instruments minimize the risk of process interruptions.
  • Improved customer satisfaction – deliver products and services with documented quality and traceability.

What does mechanical calibration mean?

Mechanical calibration involves verifying and adjusting measuring instruments so that they meet the requirements for accuracy and traceability. This usually applies to instruments for torque, force, pressure, flow, weight, and vibration. Learn more about our calibration levels.

Which instruments can we calibrate?

We calibrate everything from torque wrenches and load cells to flow meters, scales, and accelerometers – regardless of manufacturer. Contact us for a list of manufacturers and models we handle.

What is the difference between traceable and accredited calibration?

Traceable calibration means that the result can be linked to national/international standards. An accredited calibration is approved according to ISO/IEC 17025 and meets requirements for quality, methodology, and independence. Learn more about our accredited calibrations here.

Can you calibrate on-site at our facility?

Yes, we offer on-site calibration. Calibration can also be performed directly at your facility to minimize downtime. Contact us to plan a solution that fits your needs.
