What does a repair include?
We troubleshoot the instrument, replace necessary parts, adjust functions and verify that everything operates according to the manufacturer’s specifications. Every step is carefully documented in a service report.
Do I need to send in the instrument?
In most cases, work is carried out in our workshops where we have the proper equipment and environment. In special cases, we can also offer on-site service – contact us to discuss the options.
How fast is the turnaround?
The lead time depends on the extent of the damage and availability of spare parts. For critical cases, we can prioritize the work and offer express repair. Contact us for more information.
Do you provide loan instruments?
Yes, we have calibrated loan instruments available to keep your operations running during repair.
