Ordering calibration should be easy, efficient, and straightforward. We guide you through the process step by step.
Getting started
If you are a new customer to Element, please contact our sales department. We will help you create a customer number and provide a quotation for the calibration services you require.
Existing users
If you already have a customer ID but are unable to place the order through the instrument register MIO™, you can download the service order, complete it, and include it with your instruments.
Our laboratories
You can then send your instruments and order to one of our calibration sites listed below. Do you have questions about lead times or a submitted order? Please contact the laboratory to which you have sent, or plan to send, your order. For pipette calibration, please contact “Stockholm” below.
