      How do I order calibration?

      You can easily order calibration by contacting us via phone, email, or directly through your MIO™ login. Please specify the equipment to be calibrated, the desired type of calibration, and any specific requirements. If you need assistance selecting the right service, our experts are happy to help you find the best solution for your needs.

      What do I do after placing an order?

      Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation with instructions on how to send your equipment to our laboratory. If you have chosen on-site calibration, we will schedule a time to perform the calibration at your location. Once the calibration is complete, you will receive a calibration certificate directly in MIO™ and your equipment will be returned according to the agreement.

      What is the difference between accredited and traceable calibration?
      Accredited calibration is performed according to international standards by an accredited calibration laboratory, ensuring the highest level of quality and traceability. It is often used when compliance with quality standards is required. Traceable calibration also follows standardized methods but is not performed under accreditation. It is an excellent option in environments where accreditation is not mandatory – but where accuracy and reliability remain critical.
